Orders and Shipping

1. Locate the tracking information:
Confirmation email: Check your inbox for the order confirmation email, which usually contains a tracking number.
Order history: If you have an account with the seller, log in and check your order history, where you should find tracking details.
Shipping confirmation: If you’re tracking a Loxeeg Store order, you can find tracking information in your Loxeeg Store order history.
2. Track your order:
To check tracking service: Please visit Track Order then fill in your order id and email to check your order status
Shipping carrier website: If you know the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS), you can also track the order on their website using the tracking number.
3. Understanding the status:
The tracking information usually displays the order’s current status, such as “In transit,” “Out for delivery,” or “Delivered”.
You may also see estimated delivery dates and updates on the package’s location.
We do not charge sales tax.
